Lisa: I had been in the health and wellness industry for over 30 years. Starting as a Personal Trainer, I always felt called, at a core level to help people grow into the best version of themselves.
After having 3 children, and going through a divorce, I found myself in a position of working multiple jobs, endlessly attempting to make ends meet, and slowly losing every ounce of confidence I had.
The truth is, I felt lost. It was only after joining an online health and wellness business, and attending some of their events, that I began to get excited again and my passion and my purpose felt re-ignited. I felt excited. I was around energy healers, and energy workers and for the first time, in my whole life, I felt I belonged. I felt like I was understood.
These were my people. I was having fun again. I had energy again. People wanted to be around me and experience what I had experienced. I wanted to share it with the world!
A Qualified Personal Trainer, and Breathwork Facilitator I understand the power of movement and breath in creating and manifesting the life we desire.
Through events and retreats, I know that I can bring this belief to others, and I know that people walk away feeling differently to how they felt when they arrived. I desire to create passion in others, to go and create the life they desire. One that lights them up every single day!

Known as Keza to everyone. I am a wifey, a mother of 3 beautiful children and Grammy to 1 and 1 on the way.
We have had a family business for over 25 years and after many many years of hard work, and mandated changes we have decided to make changes. We are so proud of our boys for taking the reigns of the business so hubby can take a step back.
I have always work in corporate office and over the past couple of years found myself in the health and wellness space. With changes to the workspace over the last couple of years, everything was put into perspective. I decided I was not living the life I desired and that changes needed to be made. I desired a life of both time and financial freedom! I was introduced to an Amazing Health Product that changed my life, I met the beautiful Lisa within the online space at our first conference and just an immediate connection. The rest is history as they say.
Like Lisa my vision to help other woman on their own spiritual journey through retreats was born.
I have learned so much about myself over this time and with a lot of hard work and courage and encouragement from the amazing family I have, I am now creating a life I have dreamed of!
